We are currently welcoming registrations of interest in roles operating the PGA Tour Equipment Audit:

Sporting Insights has been selected to run the PGA Tour equipment audit from 2027 across all four tours operated by the PGA Tour: the PGA Tour, Korn Ferry Tour, PGA Tour Champions and PGA Tour Americas.

Sporting Insights has been part of the golf industry since the mid-1980s, initially as Sports Marketing Surveys, and has delivered the equipment audit for the DP World Tour (formerly the European Tour) since 1995.

The program will cover more than 100 events a year, mainly in the US, with event work beginning in January 2027. We are building a pool of US-based people with strong golf equipment knowledge for flexible, event-based work capturing the equipment used by players at every tour event.

Tour Operations Manager (USA)

The Tour Operations Manager will be central to that team, running the audit day to day, supporting the Global Head of Tour Operations. Roles include helping to recruit and schedule the event team, so that clients receive accurate, timely data from every event, and building relationships with the PGA Tour and equipment manufacturers. The Tour Operations manager will attend roughly 25-30 events each year.
